What is the Design Partner Program?
Design partners get full platform access at no cost for 90 days. In return, we ask for three short feedback sessions, a brief testimonial or case study, and one reference call with a future customer. After the program, you transition to a paid plan at a rate we agree on together based on your environment size.
What counts as a cloud account?
A cloud account is one connected service — for example, an AWS account, a Snowflake account, a Databricks workspace, or an Azure subscription. Each account can contain multiple databases, warehouses, or instances. QueryWise monitors all databases within the account. For accounts with exceptionally large database fleets, we’ll work with you on a plan that fits.
Which database vendors do you support?
AWS (RDS & Redshift), Google Cloud (Cloud SQL & BigQuery), Azure (SQL Database, Synapse Analytics & Cosmos DB), Oracle Cloud (OCI), Snowflake, MongoDB Atlas, and Databricks — every major cloud platform and its database engine offerings. Each has full billing, metrics, and query optimization connectors.
Do you access my actual data?
No. QueryWise only reads system catalog views and vendor APIs (billing data, performance metrics, query statistics, and schema metadata). We never access your application data or run queries against your tables.
What happens after 90 days?
We’ll agree on a plan and rate that fits your environment before the program ends — no surprises. For larger teams, we also offer savings-based pricing where you pay a percentage of the cost reductions QueryWise identifies.
Is my data secure and compliant?
QueryWise uses full tenant isolation with per-customer database schemas, encrypted credentials, and audit logging on every action. Our architecture is designed for regulated industries including healthcare (HIPAA) and financial services.
